Deposit Payment

To secure the booking we require payment to reach our account within five working days of booking. (Please notify us if you have any issues and we will do all we can to assist you). Automatic confirmation will be sent requesting a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Payments must be made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in US Dollars or Credit Card online payment. (If you would like to pay in another currency then please drop us an e-mail.) If after five working days payment has not been received or we have not heard from you then the booking will lapse.

Balance payment

The balance payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. We will send you a reminder e-mail when this is due.

Payments by Bank Transfer or Credit Card

For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our US Dollar Bank Account. At time of reservation we will inform you of our bank account details. Any bank fees are to be applied to your own bank account.

For Online Credit Card Payments an additional fee of 2.5% will be charged that is levied with us by our merchant provider.
